CANCEL ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at info@hetvachtje.nl . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the entire order.

RETURNING ORDER

You can cancel your online purchase within 14 days after placing your order. This right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt of your order. If you would like to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible at info@hetvachtje.nl . Orders that are returned will only be accepted by Het Vachtje if the original product label is still present.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM

You can return the wrong or damaged product within 14 days of placing your order. In this case, please first send an email to info@hetvachtje.nl .

RETURN COSTS

When reporting each return shipment to info@hetvachtje.nl , please also indicate what you expect from us. We can replace the item or we can credit the purchase price. The full purchase amount excluding shipping costs will then be reimbursed, provided the item is in unused condition. The costs for returning are always at your own expense.
