Whole free-range chickens from recognized, very animal-friendly farms

When most other food products claim to contain 'fresh chicken', they use carcasses that have been stripped of the meat. They usually add 'chicken meal' to it, which is basically dried pre-processed chicken. We only use free-range chickens that were raised in an animal-friendly manner.

Our ingredients are all food grade, we have never used gutted carcasses or added meat meal. We also work closely with our farmers to ensure that the chickens used in McAdams live in the highest possible welfare.

Just like people, all dogs are different and have different nutritional needs depending on their metabolism and activity level. Use the amounts below as a guideline and adjust your dog's meal portions accordingly if your dog loses or gains weight. Most dogs prefer to divide their daily amount of food into two meals.
