NatureCare Veterinary Diet Cat Struvite & Calcium Oxalate is a wet food especially for cats with bladder problems. This special diet food has been developed in collaboration with veterinarians and has both a dissolving and preventive character. This diet food is suitable for the prevention of repeated struvite and calcium oxalate bladder stones. Wet food ensures increased fluid intake in the cat, which will increase the amount of urine. This reduces the concentration of crystal-forming minerals in the urine, which helps keep the urinary tract healthy.

Can be stored in the refrigerator for two days after opening. Serve at room temperature. No further preparation is necessary. Divide the daily portion over several meals per day. Give the food as a main meal or as an alternative to the kibble diet. Make sure that fresh drinking water at room temperature is always available. Other supplementary feeding is not recommended. NatureCare Diet Cat STRUVITE & CALCIUM OXALATE is particularly suitable for adult cats with proven struvite bladder stones. A special nutritional purpose is the dissolution of struvite stones and/or reduction of oxalate stone formation. Essential nutritional properties: urine acidifying properties, reduced protein content, high-quality protein, low vitamin D, calcium and magnesium content and urine alkalinizing properties. Recommended period of use: for dissolving struvite bladder grit, the recommended period of use is 5-12 weeks. To reduce repeated struvite blister formation and calcium oxalate formation, the recommended duration of use is a maximum of 6 months. It is recommended that you consult a veterinarian before use. Contraindications: kittens, pregnant or lactating cats, other forms of bladder stones, heart and/or kidney problems.
