Prins NatureCare Veterinary Diet Dog Weight Reduction & Diabetic is a wet food especially for adult dogs with overweight and/or diabetes. This special diet food has been developed in collaboration with veterinarians and is intended to achieve and/or maintain your dog's weight stable and healthy. Extra dietary fiber helps reduce hunger and supports your dog in losing weight. This diet food also supports a stable blood sugar level, which is necessary for dogs with diabetes mellitus.
ANALYSIS: Moisture 80.0%, Crude protein 10.3%, Crude fat 3.5%, Starch 0.15%, Total sugars 0.03%, Other carbohydrates 1.7%, Crude ash 2.0%, Crude fiber 2.5%.

Especially suitable for adult dogs with overweight and/or diabetes mellitus. Can be stored in the refrigerator for two days after opening. Serve at room temperature. No further preparation is necessary. Divide the daily portion over at least two meals per day. Give the food as a main meal or as an alternative to the kibble diet. Make sure that fresh drinking water at room temperature is always available. Other supplementary feeding is not recommended. A special nutritional goal is to reduce obesity and/or regulate glucose supply (in diabetes mellitus). Essential nutritional characteristics are: low energy content and low content of fast glucose-releasing carbohydrates. Recommended duration of use: until the desired body weight is reached or initially a maximum of 6 months. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use or to extend the period of use. Contraindications: pregnancy, lactation and growth.
