In de webshop van Het Vachtje kunt u veilig en eenvoudig afrekenen met iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) of via Klarna (achteraf of in drie delen betalen). Alle betalingen verlopen versleuteld via SSL.
Hieronder leest u welke betaalmethoden wij aanbieden, hoe het afrekenen veilig wordt gehouden, en wat u moet weten over achteraf betalen via Klarna.
Onze betaalmethoden
iDEAL | Wero
De meest gebruikte online betaalmethode in Nederland, sinds 2025 onderdeel van het Europese Wero-netwerk. U rekent af in de vertrouwde internetbankieromgeving van uw eigen bank, zonder dat u zich hoeft te registreren.
Bancontact
De standaard betaalmethode voor klanten uit België. Werkt net als iDEAL via uw eigen bank en is direct en veilig.
Creditcard
Wij accepteren Visa, Mastercard en Maestro. Handig voor internationale klanten en betalingen vanuit het buitenland.
Klarna: achteraf betalen
Met Klarna betaalt u uw bestelling pas nadat u hem heeft ontvangen, binnen 30 dagen. Handig als u eerst wilt zien wat u krijgt voordat u afrekent.
Klarna: in 3 delen
Spreid het bedrag van uw bestelling over drie maandelijkse termijnen, zonder rente. Praktisch bij grotere bestellingen.
Klarna: direct betalen
Wilt u liever ineens afrekenen met Klarna? Dat kan ook, met uw bankrekening of creditcard via de Klarna-omgeving.

SSL-versleuteling
Onze webshop maakt gebruik van SSL-technologie (Secure Sockets Layer). Alle gegevens die u via onze site verstuurt, worden versleuteld voordat ze worden verzonden. Alleen de ontvanger kan deze gegevens lezen.
Wie verwerkt uw betaling?
Uw online betaling wordt afgehandeld door Shopify Payments (voor iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact en creditcard) en door Mollie (voor Klarna). Deze providers zijn alleen verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van uw betaling en hebben geen invloed op de levering van uw bestelling.
Met welke banken werkt iDEAL | Wero?
iDEAL | Wero werkt met alle grote Nederlandse banken, waaronder ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, Regiobank, Revolut, SNS, Triodos en Van Lanschot.

Is online betalen bij Het Vachtje veilig?
Ja. Onze webshop gebruikt SSL-versleuteling en alle betalingen verlopen via professionele betaalproviders (Shopify Payments en Mollie). Uw gegevens worden niet door ons opgeslagen of ingezien.
Wanneer wordt mijn betaling afgeschreven?
Bij iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact en creditcard wordt het bedrag direct na bevestiging afgeschreven. Bij Klarna "Betaal later" heeft u tot 30 dagen de tijd; bij Klarna "Betaal in 3 delen" wordt het bedrag in drie maandelijkse termijnen verdeeld.
Kan ik vanuit het buitenland bestellen en betalen?
Ja. Wij verzenden naar Nederland, België, Duitsland en wereldwijd. Klanten in België kunnen Bancontact gebruiken; internationale klanten kunnen afrekenen met creditcard.
Krijg ik een bevestiging van mijn betaling?
U ontvangt direct na de geslaagde betaling een orderbevestiging per e-mail. Bij Klarna ontvangt u ook een aparte bevestiging en betaalinstructie van Klarna zelf.
Wat als mijn betaling niet lukt?
Lukt het afrekenen niet? Probeer het opnieuw in een ander browservenster, of kies een andere betaalmethode. Komt u er niet uit, bel ons op 020 341 3363 of mail info@hetvachtje.nl, dan helpen wij u verder.

iDEAL | Wero
The most-used online payment method in the Netherlands, since 2025 part of the European Wero network. You pay in the familiar online banking environment of your own bank, no registration required.
Bancontact
The standard payment method for customers in Belgium. Works like iDEAL via your own bank, direct and secure.
Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Convenient for international customers and payments from abroad.
Klarna: pay later
With Klarna you pay for your order only after you have received it, within 30 days. Useful if you want to see what you receive before paying.
Klarna: 3 instalments
Spread the cost of your order across three monthly instalments, interest-free. Practical for larger orders.
Klarna: pay now
Prefer to pay the full amount at once through Klarna? You can use your bank account or credit card via the Klarna environment.
Secure payment
SSL encryption
Our webstore uses SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer). All data you send through our site is encrypted before transmission. Only the recipient can read it.
Who processes your payment?
Your online payment is processed by Shopify Payments (for iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact and credit card) and by Mollie (for Klarna). These providers are responsible only for processing your payment and have no influence on the delivery of your order.
Which banks support iDEAL | Wero?
iDEAL | Wero works with all major Dutch banks, including ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, Regiobank, Revolut, SNS, Triodos and Van Lanschot.

Is online payment at Het Vachtje secure?
Yes. Our webstore uses SSL encryption and all payments are handled through professional payment providers (Shopify Payments and Mollie). We do not store or access your payment details.
When is my payment debited?
With iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact and credit card the amount is debited immediately after confirmation. With Klarna "Pay later" you have up to 30 days; with Klarna "Pay in 3" the amount is split into three monthly instalments.
Can I order and pay from abroad?
Yes. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and worldwide. Customers in Belgium can use Bancontact; international customers can pay by credit card.
Do I receive a confirmation of my payment?
You receive an order confirmation by email immediately after a successful payment. For Klarna you also receive a separate confirmation and payment instruction from Klarna itself.
What if my payment fails?
