Bezorgen of afhalen (Shipping / Delivery)
Alle bestellingen uit onze webshop worden verzonden via PostNL (kleinere pakketten) of DHL (grotere pakketten en buitenland). Wij bezorgen binnen Nederland, België en Duitsland; afhalen in onze winkel aan de Haarlemmerdijk kan ook.
De actuele verzendkosten en eventuele gratis-verzendgrens ziet u tijdens het afrekenen. Hieronder leest u hoe wij bezorgen, wat de levertijd is en wat u kunt verwachten.
Waar bezorgen wij?

Wij verzenden naar drie landen:
Naar andere landen verzenden wij op dit moment niet, ook niet binnen de EU. Woont u buiten dit gebied en wilt u toch graag iets bestellen? Neem dan eerst contact met ons op via info@hetvachtje.nl.
Hoe en wanneer
Verzending
Wij versturen via PostNL en DHL. Kleinere bestellingen gaan met PostNL, grotere bestellingen en pakketten naar het buitenland met DHL.
Levertijd
U heeft uw bestelling doorgaans binnen 2 of 3 werkdagen in huis. Vrijwel alle artikelen zijn op voorraad. Mocht een artikel onverhoopt niet leverbaar zijn, dan laten wij u dat direct weten.
Track & Trace
Na verzending ontvangt u een Track & Trace-link in uw e-mail, waarmee u uw pakket op elk moment kunt volgen.
Afhalen in de winkel
U kunt uw bestelling ook gratis afhalen in onze winkel aan de Haarlemmerdijk 97-105. Dit kiest u tijdens het afrekenen. U ontvangt bericht zodra de bestelling klaarstaat.
Rondom feestdagen kan de levertijd afwijken. Wij doen ons best om u tijdig te informeren wanneer dat speelt.

All orders from our webstore are shipped with PostNL (smaller parcels) or DHL (larger parcels and international). We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; in-store pickup at our shop on the Haarlemmerdijk is also possible.

Shipping countries
We ship to three countries only:
We do not ship to other countries, including France, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States or anywhere else outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; this also applies to other EU countries. If you live outside our shipping area and would still like to place an order, please contact us first at info@hetvachtje.nl.
How and when
Shipping carriers
We ship with PostNL and DHL. Smaller orders go by PostNL; larger orders and international parcels go by DHL.
Delivery time
You usually receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. Almost all items are in stock. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you straight away.
Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you receive a Track & Trace link by email so you can follow your parcel at any time.
In-store pickup
You can also pick up your order for free at our shop on Haarlemmerdijk 97-105. Select this option at checkout. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Around public holidays delivery times may vary. We will let you know in good time when this is the case.
